Dear Everett Families,
It is my pleasure to serve the Everett community. I am thrilled for the opportunity to support some of the district’s youngest learners and to assist all students and staff in reaching their full potential.
The Portrait of a Learner, which encompasses the traits of empathy, citizenship, adaptability, communication, critical thinking, and confidence, will continue to drive our work at Everett this year. The Everett staff, along with myself, are dedicated to integrating these traits into the rich learning experiences presented to our students.

The staff at Everett are world-class educators who utilize educational best practice daily. My role as an instructional leader is to help develop the systems and structures, professional development, and thoughtful feedback that supports teachers in their implementation of the curriculum and these best practice instructional techniques. I look forward to engaging in this deep and meaningful work in the months to come.
I will also continue to foster the deep community connectedness that already exists by hosting Mornings with Megan events, attending APT meetings and events, working closely with the Spirit of 67, and partnering with parents on other community events. My hope is that these many touchpoints will make our partnership fruitful and continue to enhance the amazing opportunities and experiences for our students. I believe wholeheartedly in servant leadership and look forward to the many ways that I can support students, staff, and parents throughout the year. If you’re ever in need of support, please do not hesitate to reach out so that we can partner together on your child’s behalf.
